Exchange & Return Policy

All products are non-refundable unless there is/are manufacturing defect(s), simply return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

(1) Return of Products Purchased Online / Retail Outlet

For a full refund, please send your faulty merchandise back to us using the address provided on your invoice.

Faulty products will only be eligible for refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, as for electrical products will be eligible for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Important Return Information

We refund any faulty merchandise with a copy of your original receipt if returned to us. Faulty Merchandise must be returned in its original individual packaging where applicable. (Missing cables or parts will be deducted from the refund amount).

Exchange Of Merchandise

If you wish to exchange your defect item for another item, you will be required to bring the product to our showroom / service centre, with a copy of the original receipt.

(2) Return/Exchange Time Frame

Upon receipt of your return, allow up to 3 weeks for us to mail the cheque to you.
