You are welcome to return any Roman products (purchased from us) and exchange for a brand new set at up to 35% off the price paid for the trade in products within 2 years of purchase when you present your Go Green Card*.

1. This Go Green Card must be completed and validated by us at the time of purchase.
2. To recycle, with 2 years from the Date of Purchase stated on this Go Green Card, the following have to be handed to us at our Service Centre at 80 Genting Lane #04-09A, Ruby Industrial Complex. (Genting Block) Green color Building Singapore ( 349565 ).
   1. The product to be recycled;
   2. The original duly validated Go Green Card; and
   3. The purchase receipt of the product to be recycled.
3. Upon fulfilling point 2 above, you are entitled to purchase:
   1. The same product of the same brand and model (subject to availability); or
   2. Any upgraded model of the same product of the same brand; at the undiscounted retail price of the product less a rebate of up to 50% of the purchase price paid by you for the product returned for recycling.

   Note: No rebate will be given:

   • If you purchase a different product or the same type of product but of a different brand;
   • If the undiscounted retail price of the product stated in point 3(a) or 3(b) prevailing at the date of recycle transaction is lower than the rebate amount; or
   • If any product stated in point 3(a) or 3(b) above is not available.
4. No payment will be made to you in cash or similar if you perform point 2 above but do not wish to purchase any product stated in point 3(a) or 3(b) above to replace the product returned for recycling, or if the product under point 3(a) or 3(b) is not available.
5. These terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Kuan Fat Trading Pte. Ltd.
