A. We accept cash payment at cash counter. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express payments at department store. International customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (all charges are in Singapore Dollars, exclude shipping cost), so the bank that owns your credit card must support payment in this manner. You will be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction.
A. For local, we provide free delivery if your order is more than S$100.00. For international delivery, please email us email@example.com for more information. Delivery charges apply.
A. That depends on where one resides. Basically it takes 7 to 14 business days for local (Singapore) and about 7 to 45 days for international shipments.
A. At this time, we are not able to provide gift wrap options for all orders but we hope to in the future.
