Q. What are the payment options?
A. We accept cash payment at cash counter. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express payments at department store. International customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (all charges are in Singapore Dollars, exclude shipping cost), so the bank that owns your credit card must support payment in this manner. You will be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction.
Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. For local, we provide free delivery if your order is more than S$100.00. For international delivery, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Delivery charges apply.
Q. When will I receive my delivery?
A. That depends on where one resides. Basically it takes 7 to 14 business days for local (Singapore) and about 7 to 45 days for international shipments.
Q. Can you gift wrap my order?
A. At this time, we are not able to provide gift wrap options for all orders but we hope to in the future.
Q. How do I know if my online order is confirmed?
A. At the time you place your order, you will receive an online by email confirmation that we have received your order. If you do not receive our auto order confirmation email, please inform our Customer Service.
Returns & Cancellations
Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?
A. All products, once sold are non-returnable or exchange except for the following:
- Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
- Product is found to be faulty.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading all terms and conditions. However, you can cancel an order if there is a strong, valid reason for the cancellation. Cancellation charge is applicable for every cancellation of an order. Please note the following cancellation charges:
- A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours upon ordering.
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours upon ordering.

A. You may contact our Customer Service to arrange for any return/exchange of merchandise.
